Premium subscriptions are billed through the platform on which you purchased:
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. To cancel, manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Expense Roaster does not process or have access to your payment information for iOS purchases.
Subscriptions are processed by Google through Google Play. To cancel, manage your subscription through the Google Play Store. Expense Roaster does not process or have access to your payment information for Android purchases.
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe as Merchant of Record. Stripe handles all payment processing and tax collection.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Annual Report is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription. Each generation is a separate purchase.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

Expense Roaster's branding, software, and design are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without permission.
AI-generated roast content produced for your account is licensed to you for personal use including sharing on social media and messaging platforms. This license does not extend to commercial use of our generated content.
Content you upload (receipts, bank statements, and other documents) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your financial documents. Uploaded documents are deleted from our servers immediately after processing.
Expense Roaster is provided "as is." We are not liable for:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For users located in the United States, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
For users located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
